I have lived at Osgood townsite apartments for the last 4 years. The move in experience was seamless and i had not issues with staff. I would have stayed here; however, they were not able to find me a 3 bedroom apartment (even though they said they would). I was really happy with my apartment even though its not the nicest my rent never went up, and they always gave me a free month rent for signing a 13 month lease. This year; however, they were going to up my rent and not give me a special. This prompted me to find somewhere else to live along with them telling me they would put me in a 3 bedroom and then saying they didn't have anything available. As far as maintenance goes they are pretty quick to come fix anything you put in a work order for. The 3rd year i lived here my fridge went out, they replaced my fridge with one from another apartment and it was pretty beat up and has made a load noise for the last year. I am slightly annoyed with that but its not the biggest issue. I will be here another month and then i move out. I will come back to update about my move out experience.

I recently moved out and provided an improper notice. At the time of my written improper notice to vacate, the office staff stated that based on my apartment, there wouldn’t be a re-rental fee (as was stated in my lease), and when a lease addendum was sent to me for signature, it also stated a re-rental fee of $0 (the original lease stated a re-rental fee of $250). After checkout and the final bill was mailed, there was a $250 re-rental fee. When I followed up with the rental office, they refused to acknowledge the contract addendum which had been signed and would legally supersede the original lease. Not impressed.

We are in the middle of a cross-country move from Texas to Fargo. I have been working with Steven at Osgood Place Apartments for the last week to secure a place for us to live when we get there, and he has gone over and above for us. I must have sent dozens of emails, and Steven unfailingly responds quickly and in a pleasant manner. I am very excited to move into the Osgood Place Apartments with my family, and I am beyond thankful for Steven! We found out that we had two weeks to pack our house and get from Texas to North Dakota, and what is already a stressful situation would have been unbearable had it not been for Steven's help in getting us an apartment and making that part of it easy!

I dont even want to give this company one star. I will never rent from this company again. We had the apartment we moved out of all cleaned and they charged us $200.00 for cleaning. When I had asked the manager the day of check out if everything was ok, she had said yes. They charged us $150.00 for painting. We had did nothing to the walls. Didnt barely hang up pictures all the while we lived there. She said the air conditioner filter was dirty, which I cleaned it and they charged 75.00 for a new one. RIP offs. It's sad how a big company can get by with treating people as they do. Hope people stop renting from Campbell Properties and the company goes under. That way they dont have a chance to keep ripping people off for no reason.
