TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!~~~~We walked into McDonald's with the intention of ordering, we arrived at 10:45 P.M. (leaving ample time to order, food preparation, & leaving) As we stood there NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE CAME TO THE REGISTER TO TAKE OUR ORDER!!! WE STOOD THERE FOR 15 MINUTES SAYING"EXCUSE ME, CAN I ORDER?" WE WERE IGNORED AND NO ONE TOOK OUR ORDER. AT 11:01 a manager (I assume manager he wore a yellow shirt) came up to us and said "You need to leave the dining room is closed." We looked at him dumbfounded and speechless I responded with "Seriously?!? We've been standing here for 15 minutes waiting to order and got ignored, It will literally take me 2 seconds to order, can you take the order?" And as RUDE AND IGNORANT AS HE COULD BE SAYS " No the dining room is closed, you need to just get out". I am appalled and speechless at how we were treated, I'd rather go the extra 10 minutes to the other McDonald's on the other side of the city than deal with the rude and ignorant employees!

If you want a straw don’t order DoorDash from here. They never ever ever remember to give you a straw it’s ridiculous. How hard is it to throw a straw in a bag?

This McDonald's is the worst their Wi-Fi doesn't work and they have no outlets to charge your phones unheard of especially in what looks like a newly renovated McDonald's you should be able to use wifi and charge up!!!
