Small community bank feel and great staff at President Ave. branch.

Absolutely done with this bank. A few weeks ago I tried to deposit a check that had both my wife's name and I on it. The lady was pretty brief and rude in telling me that she could not deposit it because my wife did not have an account here. She was able to deposit it to her bank without me signing or anything without issue. And yesterday my debit card was randomly hacked despite the fact that I almost never actually use it. I got a very strange fraud detection call and figured I would try and call to sort it out. Naturally they locked my account and disabled my debit card rendering me essentially broke. I finally got time to go into the bank today and the line was actually through the door because there was only one person working the desk. I know have to go another day without having a debit card. I feel like every time I come to this Bank there is a problem or I am stuck waiting in line.

Horrible service. They allow people who are preferred customers to cut in line and go directly to management. Manager sits and giggles taking her time regardless of length of the line. Shameful.

The entrance to the parking lot is off of Elsbree St. The main entrance to the Credit Union faces President Ave. The driveway on President Ave. Is exit only. Hope this explains better.
Hello Tina, The club accounts were processed over the weekend. If you have an automatic transfer set up, you should have received the funds electronically. Just call the bank the automated service will tell you just follow the directions it's either in your savings are you checking
