I had another septic company come because my septic back up in my home. They tried to take advantage and charge me for a new pump, they said it was not working and needed to be replaced with a new one, he never checked the pump to confirm. They also quoted me an amount for a new one over the phone and when I asked the technician how much will it be, he gave me a higher amount. I then called Gotta go septic two technicians came to my home to check the pump and floaters. They could have came and swiped out the old pump for a new one because that's what the other company told me it was. By the way, they were cheaper to install a new pump. In stead they thoroughly checked to confirm first to cancel out everything before putting a new one and thankfully both pump and floaters were working, it just had to be rewired. I am extremely happy with their honesty and service. From the call center to the technicians they were amazing and professional! Don't get robbed by these other company's and get your service from Gotta go Septic!

They didn’t show up for pumping appointments two days in a row, as our septic was leaking everywhere. Little regard for their customers or commitments. People running the phones are rude and not empathetic at all when simply asking why they haven’t shown up to their appointments like we are a burden and in the wrong for simply trying to give them business. We will be using other businesses that care in the future. Do not recommend especially if in an emergency situation.
