Operations ManagerJack Niebuhr personally followed up on project and ensured all open issues were addressed. Jack also resolved outstanding issues and followed up by personally visit the site numerous times.

John Zammit the project manager provided high quality communication, very informative, and helped to solve few hiccups. The work crew is professional and have excellent experience. They have pointed us to potential issue with our original selection of coping, which we appreciate, and final result looks great.

We did a complete overhaul of our 30 year old pool from tile to cement. The job they did was beautiful, however we noticed a crack in the cement inside the pool. Of course the pool is under warranty so I was advised to just go on their website and submit a claim. I did just that on 8/23/2022, and was sent a confirmation email that I would receive a call within 3 days. I received no such call. I again tried to submit a claim on their website on 9/14/2022 , with the exact same outcome . I tried calling and leaving messages but that was to no avail. A simple phone call to acknowledge would be greatly appreciated and of course professional as well. At this point I am hoping they stand by their warranty and their work . So their work 5 stars , their responsiveness 0 stars
