It varies on the market price at the time but typically .30 to .50 cents a pound. Call ahead for pricing and to see if they a taking them that day. You can also check with others in the area and see what they are paying.
No they don't. Depending on how many you have call around to tire shops. If they have no water in them may dispose of them for a fee.

Sadly nobody in this area buys glass !
