Had a fantastic experience at the Port Jervis facility. When I called to set up an appointment, I spoke with Luis who was a very polite and understanding of the problem I was having. Luis went out of his way to make sure everything was addressed and the problem would be taken care of. The technician Chris was very professional and extremely helpful during my visit and after a thorough diagnosis, corrected the problem with my r.v. All of the staff was extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend their services.

Brought in my camper for the water pump starting to fail (8 yrs old). Service Advisor Luis, RV Tech Justin and manager (didn't get his name) was great to work with and very accommodating. Water pump was changed out and even though it was a difficult spot to work in, Justin got it done in a short time frame. I was impressed with not only the people mentioned above but the other employees in the service and parts department. They were friendly and very positive👍 Thank you guys!
