This hospital is horrible. The 5 star reviews are fake- hence the names of the people leaving the reviews! The staff is HORRIBLE. The housekeeping supervisor is also extremely rude as well as the operators. Save yourself & go to Orange Regional, no sense in adding unnecessary frustration to your issue by going to this hospital.

If I can give a zero I would. I had surgery there and I had by far the worst experience ever. Horrible bedside manners. Treated like an animal. Do not go there for any health issues. After my surgery I neede help to walk because the pain was unbearable-which didn’t get any help to do so. A nurse named Sue -Night Shift was never available to help me leading me in bed in my urine. And when she did come she said “there was more important patients than you”. When the therapist Karen (right) came she was so rude to me right off the bat. She was you need to get up in the nastiest scold. I even felt discriminated because they help all other white patients and I was left to fend for myself. Worst hospital ever. Run away

2022/09/14 At 4:00pm my ward was on the third floor. I asked a staff member in a red uniform for two glasses of water. Her service attitude was very poor. After I went back to the ward and waited for an hour, the water did not come. I went to the counter to ask again, she was very unhappy and yelled at me that I should wear a mask. Later, when I returned to the ward, the water was still not delivered. I don’t know what kind of service attitude this is? so arrogant and unsympathetic

Most Er staff were great . My dad arrived by ambulance around 4 am . After many test were run it was determined that he had a couple of stones lodged and infection . He would need to go to the OR for a procedure which I went up stairs with him and was there for pre op . Once he went in I decided to run his stuff to my car and make a few phone calls . When I went to go back up I was stopped and asked if I had proof of my vaccine . Very rudely was told I was not allowed to go back up stairs. This is just the beginning of it
