Came here for pre-op blood work and covid testing. Check in was really quick the day of my appointment and there was no wait for my covid test. I had a short wait for the blood work. The nurses and phlebotomist were pleasant.

Unfortunately covid has the World fully stirred and twisted. I came to get a covid test. I got to site at 11:21 am for 1230pm appt. I waited 2 hours before I asked would I be seen, I also asked for a supv. I was told no one was on duty. At approximately 3:14 an employee finally came out to ask what my name was. I seen atleast 24 people go in and phone interactions for employees & family coming in ahead. I get it,, what's patient care first if you dint have enough employees on staff. I almost felt my chart was put last. The same employee whom I asked for a manager was the same employee who came out at 3:14 pm Blessings during thus challenging time but, this wing of the institution must do better. P.s a Woman whom had a later appt went ahead of me, she to as did 5 other people ask why so long a delay. I'm glad I'm patient. I assume it's a 2 hour window after your assigned appt. Jan 08 2022
