Shipped from New York to Texas because I couldn’t afford a storage unit for the break between semesters. Front desk worker had an attitude with me, and then called another worker to handle the packages because she didn’t want to. Been over a month just for them to tell me they never shipped my package, and I need someone to go over there in person. I’m already in Texas, so that can’t happen. I’m also expected to do all this without a refund for my package they never shipped.

Overall, this PO works well: friendly folks, know their policies, helpful and run a clean facility where people are encouraged to social distance & wear masks. Occasionally they seem overwhelmed, but who isn't lately? I can't blame the local folks for price increases, especially when they're still less that the other delivery services.

Unreliable. Two huge packages was lost and never delivered, although the Post Office says that it was. A recent package was delivered to a 'package locker' but not my home, and nobody can tell me where this 'locker' is. I don't understand why businesses still use the Post Office to send packages.

1 star for girl delivery driver, 5 stars for male delivery driver= 2.5 stars Female delivery driver never ever delivers packages (big no no), the male is GREAT and very friendly.
