Place was practically empty! Amazing to shop there without huge groups of folks. Lots of goodies! Another trip to Michaels and it was not crowded. Amazing amount of Christmas items still on sale but marked down. Very few St Patrick's Day items but they are also marked down.

I stopped by this Michael's location since it was the closet one to me and I need some arts & crafts materials. This Michael's is in a big plaza so finding parking is very easy. I put my order online so all I had to do was go pick it up. It said I could do curb side but when I try to check in, it said it wasn't available. When I first walk in I couldn't find the online pickup area but then when I was about to go to the cashier, I saw the sign for online pickup but the cashier was able to just do it for me. The place has a bunch of stuff, so you'll highly find what you need here. The customer service was excellent in my view, I didn't have any issues. The store is very organize and neat. They had posting about face mask so just be aware.

Yes you can but you have to buy your materials first online and pay then go to the store where you'll pick them up. The employees will ask for your name or order number(they'll send you an email when they're ready to be picked up)
I've never seen backpack straps at Michael's. But I'm sure the Incredibly creative people there can help.
They have a wide selection of most craft things, but if you're wanting highly specific you'll want to order online. Always check their coupons too.
Probably best to try the app or call the store directly.
Saturdays 9-9, same as Monday through Friday. Sunday, 10-7, according to their website.
