The cashier was super friendly her name was Lauren I believe. She was a delight. I went in to buy a kidie/doggy pool that I saw online. It was right up front and in a verity of colors. Same price as advertised.

I brought my two dogs there on a pinch because I needed to my one golden retriever a haircut and my pitbull her nails cut. They said my dog wasn't able to get a haircut because he's very skiddish when he is is the calmest dog in the world. My golden has bad back legs and can barely jump however they called me saying he can jump very high and foaming at the mouth in rage. My pitbull (who I Warned them about and expected that behavior from) who hates water and very anxious around other people and dogs, they said she was the best behaved but she came back with no teeth brushing or nail cutting that I paid for. They said my golden is no longer welcome there. They said the same thing to 3 of my friends with similar dogs that they are no longer welcome there. Makes me realize that's why they have so many appointments open because they are incompetent. I will make sure my friends write reviews on the terrible groomers there
