Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company. Their focus is on sales, not customer service and shoddy product. We hired them to install Bilco basement doors. We made a deposit payment and they delayed scheduling, when the doors finally arrived they were flimsy, the precast steps were installed but they declined to install doors stating that was our contractor’s responsibility even though the price included installation.

After weeks of waiting for basement steps/ which they told my contractor they had to wait to have another delivery in the area - now they say they don’t deliver in this area. Been waiting and waiting to get a project done and now have to start from scratch. They are terrible are returning calls and communication
