With the 4 bad reviews below from Natashia, Nikolett, Neiva they never purchased anything from us. Their friend Alex Bakhriyev purchase from us one time and actually tried to return used tools, they did not like the restocking fee. If the tools were in perfect condition alex's return would of been accommodated... 100%. They were dirty, cement on tools, bristles screwed up on the finish broom, we accommodated them with a 20% restocking fee. More than reasonable for condition of items being returned.

0/10 experience. They charge restocking fee % for something that a slight little to nothing of dust on it. Home Depot is way better than this company. Not recommended.

First understand I work in the industry but not for Concrete texturing. I like DIY.. however it all comes down to experience level of work. And unfortunately I would probably say to get someone that has previous experience with resurfacing. Its mostly going to be about the prep work and bonding agent used, then the product and finish. Hopefully this helps.
