The worst service ever!! We were waiting for the bus for 4 hours and it never came. When we wanted our money back the lady on the counter wanted to call the police on us!! Never pick this company!!! NJ transit is way more better!!

On 12/2/2021 @ 10:25 am I was driving my tractor trailer on I 87 in the Bronx. I was in the right lane. In the middle lane close to me were 2 academy busses. The one in front moved into the right lane and simultaneously the 2nd bus # 1499 started turning into the right lane from Directly on my left side. I had to jam on my brakes to avoid him from running into the side of my truck. This was an extremely dangerous and reckless lane change on that driver's part.

I was traveling down 17 by monticello and their bus 6790 came right into my lane as there was construction running right through a yield sign, forcing me towards the medium barrier. I would highly avoid them as it appears their drivers cannot drive.
