Disrespectful security guard!!! They think they are all in all…..my appointment was 1.00pm because of my emergency I came little bit early 12.30 but they are not caring driver emergency.I totally disappointed to the front security guard

Worst service ever, Uber driver, Uber eats, etc. Hiding behind technological walls to prevent direct contact no matter which country one is from. Try to contact RSA headquarters of Uber (Republic of South Africa) help line nothing available just a computerside system with limit options and no one to talk to with, feels all like a big scheme to avoid getting personal with clients. Worst service ever, after not getting food delivered from Uber eats and struggling to get help I finnaly had a reply for a refund, I did not get my food and had to place the same order again, my time wasted and only got to eat dinner extremely late in the evening (can't cook food in RSA some evening because of energy crisis and load shedding, also can't depend on good service when needed from Uber) The thing that is the most apauling is how difficult it is to communicate with any Uber office (managing center), bassically impossible, could only work through the app with extremely limited contact options. Have never been so disipointed or angry at a company in my life. Uber is all well and good with their service until a true problem arrives and then they are the worst and impossible to reach. Will recommend not utilizing their services until the point at which they allow fir better communication with their clients

My experience there was great. I got to the table 11 and the counter woman Kendall was really patient and helped me to the max. My work there was accomplished completely thanks to her fast and accurate work. Office is big and clean. People might struggle to find the entrance but it's not that hard. First floor to all the way in the back.
