Don't waste your money. Very overpriced to just watch your child play with legos. The movie theater wasn't even working which is what my kids wanted to see. The train ride that sounded so exciting on the website was worse than a baby ride at a weekend carnival. Will never go back

There all different, all fun but on the expensive side!
There is not much a 13 year old can do at the lego. The train and the cinema would be fine but unless they wish to built things with legos I don't recommend it. It would be best to take them the aquarium. They are able to see much more and take pictures of the tanks.
This is located in NJ where they are not checking vaccination status, so yes, he can go.
