Horrible customer service, overcharge service and poor bookkeeping!!! They did an alteration in January when the party was in July. Then charge again for new alterations once again. Tuxedo pieces were given incomplete and then be charged for the missing items when it was reported to the store. Too many headaches arguing about everything. Poor bookkeeping when you thought everything was paid for. Horrible!!!

I wasn’t going to be one of those people that complain online. But I have to. If you can buy your dress somewhere else I highly suggest it !! When buying the dress the lady there was so pushing and kept saying I know what I’m doing. She didn't let me put on heels or go on my tippy toes while she measured the length of my dress because "she knew what she was doing". Then they charge over $100 to hem the dress and the pictures i've attached says it all. My dress was cut uneven and way too short. I had to go out and buy a different dress because of their no return policy nor do I want to deal with them saying "we can fix it" and they just make it worse. They also charged us for dry cleaning and did not dry clean the dress. There were still black stains on the dress. They gave us $10 to dry clean the dress(enough to get maybe 1 sock dried cleaned) My only advice for you is to avoid this place at all cost !!
