The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was responsive, and breakfast was actually pretty good.

Rooms were nice, seem to have been renovated in the past probably 10 years. Slightly dirty in certain overlooked spots such as above the windows and inside the door frame. Breakfast was spectacular; waffles, cereal, yogurt, Bagels, fruit, juice, coffee. Seem to have had a new worker training and she was a little slow but still pleasant. Pool and hot tub were open, clean and functional. Nice patio set outside with firepits. Our favorite part was the location. Close to everything we were wanting to do. A few minutes drive to Arnold's park and even less if you just wanted to go to the boji store. Easy to find too, as it's on the main highway running through town.

Absolutely amazing service! We got in late and Jackie was up front with a smile and ready to check us in! Room was actually clean (hard to find nowadays) and the breakfast in the morning, the breakfast attendant/morning front desk lady (we forgot her name, short blonde) was friendly and helpful as well! Next time we come to Okoboji we will be staying here for sure thanks to these two lovely ladies!
