As soon as I walked in Dana remembered me from my call. There was practically no waiting time. Kim took care my X-rays and other prep work that needed to be done. I had a bad experience with a dentist years ago. Dr. Ern put those fears from the past to rest. Very open and thorough in my options to get my dental work done. Everyone I encountered there was professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this office. Thank you! Update: Temporary work done in preparation for implants. Everyone here is AMAZING. Thank you, Catherine and Dr. Ern for EVERYTHING during the procedure!

Today I could not have had a more delightful first time at Putnam dental. I was immediately greeted by Dana at the front desk. Who I must say is nothing short of amazing! The woman who took my X-Rays was so friendly she explained everything throughly. The equipment they use is completely up to date. But the service is just unbeatable. Then I was greeted by the hygienist Dawn she was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr Cafarelli ROCKS! Putnam Dental is thorough, honest and trustworthy, they care. I was at 3 other dentists that were awful before, so happy that I found Putnam Dental!
