This hotel's new ownership of the AmericInn has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stayed there mid winter and thermostat went out, slept horribly from the freezing room (I was half asleep and didn't realize until early morning that I was waking up because it was so cold). Hotel manager/owner was not only unapologetic, but incredibly rude. They refused to offer a decent refund (they issued a whopping $10). Almost a year later I just stayed in July 2022 with my kids due to other hotels in the area being booked. Decided to try this hotel again. Smelled so bad of weed in the entry. Bathroom smelled like vomit. Went back to the front to let them know, the lobby still smelled horribly of weed. Decided to leave and find another hotel. Was there for all of 5-10 minutes. Owner refuses to give refund. A couple hours later after finding out they will not offer refund I called police in case people were still smoking weed in there so it could be documented but at that point it did not. The owner was not only unreasonable but was so rude. She denied the room smelling like vomit (my kids and myself definitely could smell the strong smell), the owner denied the smell of weed (even though the employee at the time and friend acknowledged the smell). The owner said "we are a smoke free hotel" (yes, and that is why we didn't stay because it was supposed to be and clearly people were smoking weed in there). Owner also started the conversation with, "You have stayed here before? You always seem to have a problem" (since I did call when I had no heat mid winter. Absolutely terrible customer service. Yes, I have a problem when the heat shuts off in winter. Yes, I have a problem when your hotel smells of weed. Decent customer service would at a minimum apologize for the inconvience, not make it seem like you are the problem. I understand issues happen, but this hotel IS NOT willing to work with you when issues arrise. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.Show

Easy check in. Great pool area. I loved the King size bed and pillows. Very comfortable room.

Jollybird Studio

Great place to host an event, they have a poolside room perfect for pool parties. My kids and I love the pool. It's always clean and warm. Nice big Jacuzzi too! Very nice staff. Highly recommend. 🤗

We stayed in one of the suites and it was perfect for our family night away. 2 rooms with a jacuzzi. The staff was amazing and very friendly when we walked in. Pool area was nice and clean. The breakfast served was huge. With having picky kids they all enjoyed something. Highly recommend staying here for a getaway! We will be back soon.
