I called the office to get a status update on my case and the lady was so rude and arrogant, she just didnt wanted to look into the system and tell me what's the update. I tried to call later so many times and till date I didnt get to talk to anyone, all the replies I get when I call them is that the agents are busy helping other customers. Terrible service and terrible people.
Does anyone provide an answer? The contact telephone numbers, 718 298 0605 and 518 474 4429, clearly are worthless since no one picks up and you cannot leave voicemail for follow up assistance.
