The people are generally nice and the credit union is easy to deal with as far as services etc.

Since March 2020 when COVID hit, they have decreased their hours without notifying customers. They posted signs but NEVER sent out letters. They nickel and dime you for everything! If a check clears before you can transfer money from your savings account to your checking account - which is the same account number - they charge you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Getting a response from an email or phone call takes well over 48 hours!

Would give no stars if it were possible. The most inconvenient banking ever, staffs customer service is subpar, not helpful at all. over draft fees are outrageous. Always an issue with getting a hold of YOUR money. will be changing banks ASAP.

You have to go in and tell them, they will immediately order you a new card which will take about a week to arrive. In the meantime you have to go through the hassle of cancelling whatever automatic payments you have on your current card.
