This location is HUGE compared to the one I grew up near. Everything was well kept and clean (unlike the one I grew up near 😂.) I left with everything I came for to finish my projects.... And then some! The employees were friendly and easy going. I don't generally like being chatted up when I'm out and about but I did have a pleasant conversation at the cutting counter. As a group they struck a great balance of being welcoming but not retail "aggressively" friendly 👍👍

Emblematic of the reason why people hate retail these days. Called to check inventory, was told they have dozens of an item in stock and to come on over. I get there only to find out that sure they’re in stock but are sitting in boxes on pallets in the stockroom. Instead of trying to make things right, the associate tried to explain how his staff doesn’t have time to confirm something is actually in stock when customers call. Zero ownership of the issue, no effort to even apologize. This is why people shop online. Not worth it.
