My husband had surgery and we got some pain medicines filled here. They were ready before we even left the hospital!!! Love this pharmacy and this team. Dr. Patel was very kind and made sure all my questions were answered!!!

It took 25 minutes to finally get service through the pharmacy drive through tonight to get an ointment for my daughter's burn. I expected better service. Disappointed.

I have worked in CVS pharmacy before, even this location. They fill over 4,000 prescriptions per WEEK, and this 24 hour CVS still manages to get their daily work done. Phone call waits are dependent on how many technicians are scheduled at that time. Law only allows 3 technicians working per pharmacist, 4 technicians if one if them is a certified technician. Unfortunately there is no overlap in pharmacists here, so this store can feel understaffed during extremely high volume traffic/calls because of this. There is typically only 1 pharmacy employee after 8pm to fill prescriptions, answer calls, administer vaccines, and help drive-thru and front by themselves... expect a wait after 8pm. TIP: If picking up refills at night, call during the daytime shift, so scripts will be ready once they have the chance to greet you.

CVS PART I 4/4/22: I went to cvs online to schedule a couple of vaccinations (for two people at two different CVS stores near me - one of the stores didn't have the dosage of covid booster I needed). I received an online appointment at CVS on hwy92 for 2:15pm. When I arrived there were several people waiting for their appointment time - since my appointment was the first one after the pharmacy crew arrived back from lunch, I assumed I would be first but the pharmacist, at 2:45, called someone who came in after me to begin the vaccinations. That person pointed to me and said I was here before them - so the pharmacist took me in. while getting prepped for my shots, I asked the pharmacist if they actually could see the online appointment and she said no, she only got a text that I was coming but with no appointment times. CVS PART II: Basically the same thing happened to my friend at the CVS in Towne lake. Covid has been in the USA since 2020 but CVS has yet to create a FUNCTIONAL VACCINATION SYSTEM for their store personnel . The Corporate offices need to pull their websites and the actual pharmacies together in ONE easy system.

No they don't.
Appointment is by online only at cvs.com and is done in the parking lot building.
Yes. All testing is done by online appointment ONLY. The only way to make an appointment is through their website (cvs.com). This location does the Rapid Test with results in the same day. The testing location is in the parking lot at the temporary building near the handicapped parking spots. Do not enter the building or drive through line to be tested as the Pharmacy and Store staff are not affiliated with the testing. Just park near the temporary building and stay in your car, following the directions given to you when you made your appointment, until called to enter. Afterwards, they will call you back usually within the hour to give your results back to you. Otherwise, you will get your results before the end of the day, if it is busy at the location.
