Do not send your loved ones here.. 1st off can I say that my brother received the worst treatment at this facility. He was on a special diet while he was at the hospital when they transferred him they transferred him over to this rehab center the doctors there told them there was no need for him to be on a diet.. He was on meds and pain meds for a procedure he had. Funny how He never had his pain meds given to him they ordered it but never gave it to him. Secondly only a select number of nurses We're good and treated him right. The third shift nurses don't even think about calling them because they are not coming or worse they'll yell at you for bothering them. I would like a job where I can sleep and get paid for it because that's what they were doing. He had no choice but to check himself out and it's horrible to say that when he checked himself back into the hospital his condition got worse all because of this facility. No I don't want anybody from the facility to rely back to this email saying that they're gonna look into their staff because it's not going to happen that's just your protocol.

Some of the staff was very helpful. When it came to overnight, don't expect them to answer the light. I never received my pain medication on time. Responses was not done until 5am. This is horrible.

Everyone is cool there the nurses, maintenance, security etc. Except Keisha she doesn't know how to talk to and treat the people that work there. I'm surprised she lasted so long there without getting fired. Ask anyone that works there or has worked there lol nobody likes her.

This is a wonderful facility. Rehab really cares about making my uncle better. The liaison (Debbie) is so helpful with getting us all set up and comfortable. Food is good too.
