I rarely post negative reviews but Doctor Medhi is actively hostile to her patients and staff. I came in with a chipped molar and she drilled/ground it without giving me any type of anesthetic. It was super painful and then she got mad at me because my bite doesn't line up perfectly. Like that's something I can control. The doctor is incredibly unfriendly and will not explain at any point what she's doing, even if it's really painful. That said, in spite of how hostile she is to her staff, I've never had a problem with her employees. Unlike the doctor, they are very nice and professional and the office is clean. For regular cleanings, this isn't the worst place, but for anything more involved go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is one of the only dental offices that seem to accept medicaid and have any appointments open. It's worth going somewhere else if you can though.

Yes, but the dentist resents Medicare patients. Go anywhere else.
I thought the same thing. The good reviews seem to be false responses to the negative- and accurate- reviews.
Yes but you end up leaving worse off then you were before going in. I'm now living in agonizing pain daily trying to find another dentist that accepts medicaid because I refuse to go back here. My teeth have nerves exposed and high fillings, was supposed to have a root canal and asked for one and she did the fillings within 10 minutes after I spent 3 hours waiting. I was treated awful, so rude and accusing me of being late when they lock their doors not allowing patients to come inside so I had to call in the pouring rain right from the start, I should have seen all the red flags. Apparently she doesn't numb her patients either unless they ask. After leaving me for 1 hour the numbing agent subsided and I cried when she began to work, she then jabbed me 8x total with novacane shots. No assistant to hold all the tools while she worked, so they hung from my mouth and splashed all over me & the room that was already dirty from the prior patients spit and toothpaste. 0/10, do not recommend!
