Do not buy cigars here. The “Humidor” (which I feel silly even calling the room that) is extremely under humidified. The door doesn’t shut very well and opens when the front door opens and closes. So the little humidity you get is always leaving. I’ve bought 2 very dry cigars here. What a shame. They have a decent selection but really need to invest in a real humidor. Won’t be stepping foot in here again. Surprised the Brainerd area doesn’t have an actual cigar lounge..

So normal service is GREAT! They have a new employee who has a math problem . friend and I stopped and my friend purchased a cigar and left with me when I paid for my items she billed me for same cigar. It wouldn't be a big deal but its happened 3 times now with same lady. Have asked her to explain and on my part I may have misunderstood but I still end up paying twice for same item. Will not be going back.
