I feel slightly violated, it was $72 for my round and a small bucket of range balls that came from the late 1990s. The bunkers were in terrible condition, the golf carts are beat to hell, The tee boxes were more weeds and grass, at least the tips anyway. The greens were pretty good but for 65+ dollars you could go to UGA golf course pay the same thing and get far better conditions and experience. I enjoy the layout of Lane Creek but it is definitely more on par for a $45 golf course not a $70 golf course. I’m not giving up a Lane Creek where they could do far better.

Lane Creek is a beautiful golf course, excellent rolling greens, manicured fairways with awesome staff. Been a member for a year and a half and couldn't be more happy. Daily game is run by some incredible players and people! Don't think twice about joining you'll be very satisfied !!! 🙏🙏🙏⛳⛳⛳

Always a great place to play. Courses with less play seem to have trouble keeping their fairways and greens looking as good as Lane Creek. Still needs some work on the cart paths, but, overall this is easily my favorite place to play around Athens. No other course in Athens can play this well after a good rain. If some players can learn a little etiquette, and fix their ball marks on the greens, we would all appreciate that.
