This was by far the worst stay ever. Our room had water leaking from the windows and the ceiling including right over the bed. There was no toilet paper in the room at all, which of course, we didn’t notice, until we needed it….that’s a walk of shame I don’t wish on anyone…. The fridge was damaged and looked like it had been leaking water and rotting out the wood on the surround. I took pictures and brought them to the front desk but nothing was done about any issues. We paid over $300 for a room that should not have been in service at all. Water damaged ceilings, floors, poorly patched holes in the walls, rusty metal grates….it was really bad. We went to the water park and it was over crowded, the grill was not open (even though the website said it was), the adult hot tub was swarmed with kids because the kids hot tub was out of service and drained. The water park features were all run down, dirty and broken…literal chunks of things were missing. The bottom of the pools and all the walkways were dirty. This is definitely not worth the price. We are very disappointed.

Great place for a quick getaway! Perfect for kids of all ages. The ONLY thing I would say needs some shaping is some of the lifeguards were sitting not even paying attention and had their headphones in. We are not the only ones who noticed the lack of care when it came to safety. Other than that it was really worth the money! The free breakfast was great too!!

Pros: Room was clean and front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The kids had a blast at the waterpark! Cons: The waterpark was VERY dark and dingy. There was a lack of tubes for the slide and lazy river. Then on to the arcade....... You are supposed to get tickets from the games you play, but nothing dispenses and about 50% of the games are broken or out of order. Don't waste your time and/or money going in there. Over all it was a fun time for the kids and that is all that really matters.

This was our second time staying here for a weekend get away with a water park. Almost everything has gone down hill at this establishment. Upon arriving we were informed that both hot tubs were out of order and would not be open for the weekend. The water temperature of the pools is good if you use them earlier in the day. When we went to the pool after 4:00 both days the water was much colder. Our kids lasted an hour before they couldn't stop shaking. There are hardly any tubes available in the lazy river/slides. Lifeguards were nearly nonexistent. Over all cleanliness of the pool was poor. The arcade only had about half of the machines working. Staff seemed crabby and like they hated their jobs. On a positive note, we had a king bed room with pull out couch that was very spacious, this was probably the best part of the stay! Unfortunately, I think we will try a different hotel with a water park for our trip next winter.
