As an Online Therapist, I meet with clients “face to face” on a secure video platform each week for 45 minutes. Logistically, you will need a device with a front-facing camera, an internet connection, and a private space where you can speak freely and won’t be interrupted for the duration of your session. The content discussed in therapy sessions remains confidential, and the number of visits will vary depending on each client’s circumstances.

Yes! In my practice, I use HIPAA compliant software for video sessions, secure payment, client portal and office management. For communication between sessions, clients may utilize Spruce and/or password protected emails, or they can opt to use their regular phone and/or email.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults age 18+. All potential clients are offered a brief phone consultation prior to scheduling the first appointment.
