While the deals are fantastic, the staff used to be friendly and had a sensibility about baby-gift purchasers. The person who checked me out today did not demonstrate care for the items purchased. I purchased for over $140 and he put all the clothes, almost squished them, in a small bag and the way it was handed over was less than pleasant. It was interesting to note in his badge that he has more than 5 years of experience. I didn’t trust the other reviews until I experienced it first hand myself. This is not how it used to be pre Covid!

Racist, lied and said they do not give store credit on items purchased as a gift for my children. The white women before me was given store credit. Will definitely not be spending any money at carter's. I was treated as if I couldn't afford anything in the store.
