I was fortunate to lived here in 2001 ….I was pregnant with my second child with nowhere to go and I was 19 …. My first day there it was my daughters birthday they surprised her with a cake and everything … I had a very complicated pregnancy and ended up having a c section…they helped me at a time when I was really young and Down and out . It felt like family …

This place is run poorly, my niece is staying there. She had a job interview and was given a bus ticket home for buses that were closed. She was stranded at shoprite for 5 hours until my wife picked her up and got her back at 10pm. I called the house and spoke to an indian woman to have a taxi aranged to pick her up to take her back to her 3 week old at good counsel where she is staying at aprox 7pm. She told me she needed authorisation from house manager. I called back at 730pm she told me house manager was on her way to the house call back in 30 minutes, i called back and she told me the managers not coming and hung up, and refused to answer my calls. After my wife picked her up and droped her off after 10pm i called becauae my neice said the house manager was there. The house manager answerd the phone amd i told her i had concern for my niece and she told me call during business hours even tho we were already talking amd she hung up on me. If im a concerned person you should answer my questions not hang up
