I bought over $50 worth of clothing 2 weeks ago. At that time I asked if I could return any items that may not fit. The employee told me I could so long as I had my receipt and it was within 30 days. So, today I brought in 3 items and was told I couldn't return clothing, at all. I informed the gal of what I was told but she didn't budge. I had a cart full of items and I just left them there along with the items I tried returning. I will never again come to your store. It's sad, I buy things and try to help those less fortunate than myself and yet you treat me as if I do not matter. You have lost my husband and I as customers, such a shame. I also will not recommend your business to others.

While this is a good thrift store, my last visit sucked. I took my 1 year old in there. No biggy right, wrong. There is no carts with a child seat in them. I had to hold my 1 year old. So I spent more time holding or wrestling my child. And waiting in line with a child without a cart and holding items sucks.

UPDATED REVIEW (June 2019): I used to love this place but I very rarely go anymore. They let go of all the amazing employees they had (who made the place feel so warm and inviting) and replaced them with some very rude and unhelpful people who don't care at all. Several of the women who work the register give the impression they could care less about their jobs or the store. They're short with you and unfriendly. I had asked an employee if it was okay to try on a shirt that a mannequin was wearing and she acted like I was ruining her life. After I tried it on she told me I'd better be buying it because she didn't feel like putting it back on the mannequin. The last few times I have gone I have just been completely disappointed. I don't even want to spend my money here anymore. I used to like supporting their cause but after the way I have been treated these last few times, I just make the trip to Goodwill in Elk River. Its a shame this location has gone downhill. It used to be my favorite stop every week. OLD REVIEW: One of my weekly stops. I love this thrift store. You can always find something. Occasionally the prices can be a bit high but not always. Cashier Brian is by far the most fun and outgoing cashier I have ever met. He truly makes shopping here a blast! One of the things I love about Family Pathways is their involvement in the community. They allow you to round up your purchase amount which then gets donated to help support their programs for domestic abuse victims in the community.

Got 2 new polo shirts (tags still on them) for about 10% of retail cost. Clean and fairly well organized for a thrift store. I don't come into the area often but I will not avoid this store in the future if I have a wardrobe emergency.
