Randy was hands down the best service I have ever gotten it was a simple tow but he took 5 minutes to get my car on the road without paying someone $300 to look at what was wrong truly amazing

Swore at me like a tough guy on the phone then hid in back and made is assistant help me in person. They don't support vets here and are a garbage buisness. Charged me 300 to get my parts back that he never did in the first place!! Sad excuse of a business.

The car wouldn't start and the flashing lights on the dash made me think it was pretty serious. So I made the dreaded appointment at the dealer's to have it checked out. I called for a tow and Griff came out. He asked if I wanted to try jump starting it. Sure enough, it turned over! Griff checked the battery and explained that now was the time to purchase a new one. I was extremely happy! Griff was professional and very friendly. Made my day! Thanks!
