Rooms are clean, staff is friendly however breakfast was nothing like advertised. Last time we were here they served powdered scrambled eggs and tofu sausage. 🤢

The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful.i went to the desk after shift change and the young lady working the front desk was very rude not only to me but to the other people she was helping other than her I enjoyed my stay. But I would probably not go back because of that

Family booked several rooms for the Holiday and the kids were having fun in the pool and then we had cake in the lobby for one of my Nephews birthdays. Rather then telling us there are birthday rooms, or offer any other services the lady behind the desk was rude and really made the children uncomfortable. Not a family friendly place. All of this happened around 7:30 so we were not out of the limits established by the hotel. I will not be having my large family stay there ever again. Terrible customer service. Sad.

The staff was friendly the breakfast was good but when arriving and getting into the room there was an infestation of box elder bugs climbing. ALL over the walls and windows and floor. When waking up I noticed I had 8 bug bites not sure from what as box elder bugs normally don’t bite. I showed the front desk lady my back and shoulder where I had huge bites all over and all she said was “another man said last night who was staying in the hotel had gotten bit by a bug also” so I’m not sure what’s going on in that hotel as I did not see any bed bugs but the response the desk lady gave me was ridiculous.
