Really bad customer service! The receptionist was dismissive and condescending. She would show a disdainful attitude toward me as a costumer. As I was leaving the store, I looked back and she was making a face. The doctor however, was attentive and willing to answer any question I had.

Very bad service. And those who cover the insurance are very ugly and do not have many options, which makes you compile and the prices are very high, I do not recommend it.

Lovely staff. I was a little taken back to be asked to use hand sanitizer at the door by the doorman. It is odd that they have a doorman but I am glad they are taking steps to protect their staff and customers. Will be returning for all of my eye care needs in the future.
