Bad Service never answer PHONE OR LONG WAIT FOR AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS

This service was terrible, the wait was more than 2 hours. I don't recommend coming here.

No rhyme or reason to anything the staff is doing here. We came in on Sunday at 10am (they open at 8am) and they had ONE employee for both treatment and covid testing. Upon arrival there were 3 patients ahead of us, all there for treatment. After over a 2 hour wait, one of those patients left stating she will take her chances at home and try again tomorrow, and we still hadn’t been seen. I went to speak with the administrative staff member to get a more accurate wait time, for a second time, where he informed me that there was still someone ahead of us, however, every single person had some in after us. Let me say that I understand priority in terms of severity etc. this is not the case in this situation. Everyone was here for a reasonable ailment. Horrible patient experience. Terrible communication between staff and patients. You’re better off going directly to the emergency room. Neither visit is free and at least you’ll get treatment in a timely manner. I wish I could give zero stars but, the facility was immaculate so I’ll give them credit for that.

They never answer your phone this is a horrible urgent care if I can give them 0 starz I would I don’t recommend nobody to go here they don’t care about your child or anything
