**I need to preface this review by stating that I have a severe latex allergy; I need to carry an epi-pen with me. This nail salon uses latex gloves while performing various services. I have informed them of my latex allergy several times: I was instructed to inform them when making the appointment as well as when I psychically walk into the appointment- both of which I have done for the last several months.** I have been going here for about 5 months for ANC and once for a pedicure. My nails have always come out OK. They aren't the best I have ever gotten but not the worst either. The pricing is fair and they are usually friendly. Today, I had an appointment to just have my ANC removed as my nails have become brittle and need a bit of a break. It was busy, as it usually is for them on a Saturday. The usual manager was not there. The man who greeted me at the desk I have interacted with before; he is typically OK. He confirmed I was there to have ANC removal and then said something incoherently about "soaking" which I took to mean soaking in the foil wrapped cotton balls. I said "yes that's fine". I assumed they were going to do that along with using the dremel tool/file to remove my ANC, as they typically do. The man was wearing latex gloves. I reminded him of my latex allergy to which he replied in a VERY RUDE tone "I know that, OH I KNOW that." Are you kidding me??? I just want to have my ANC removed without have a medical emergency!!! He does NOT remove the gloves he is wearing and instead brings a bowl of acetone on a plate and directs me to "soak my fingers in it". Seriously?! I could do that at home!! It then occurred to me that this man likely didn't want to have to remove his gloves in order to properly remove the ANC. I told him I wasn't happy with this- that I could do that at home and I thought they were going to remove them with the foil method. He just stared at me. I left and will NEVER return. This establishment doesn't seem to care about latex allergies. Not even sure why they use latex to begin with when there are many alternative materials out there now. I'm upset at the service I received today as I have been a regular customer for several months.

I would make an appointment especially with everything going on, they have to control how many people are in the salon at a time. If you message them on Google maps they respond really fast
