It's not the fact that they're busy because of the location, but the fact that this location does not properly staff their restaurant to say the least. I drive past this location to go to the other ones in town because I have waited literally 25 minutes in the drive thru before. If they had every position filled with capable staff members, they could reduce their long lines and costumer wait time to something more reasonable. This is the WORST dunkin in town, simply because whoever owns it won't properly staff so they can keep labor cost low.

All workers wear a mask. I normally use drive through so I can't say for customers.
