I had a very poor experience last time I was here. It’s a shame, considering Kevin did a wonderful job on my ANC manicure the time before. My last visit here, I had asked for tips with acrylic. The place was empty on a Sunday afternoon. Red flag number one. Each time I had visited this salon, the place is ALWAYS empty. Kevin gets done applying my acrylic and first coat of light pink polish (I requested a french tip). Kevin gets done applying the first coat of a light color and asks if I would like another coat. That’s a no brainer; you can still see right through the nail. Yes. He respond with “really?!”. Are you blind? Then he proceeds to use an old, dried out white polish to layer on the french tip. It looked like a 1st grader painting nails for the first time. I kindly asked him to remove the white tip off of two of my nails and just apply a 3rd coat of pink on the entire set. Again, he asks “really, another coat?”. HERES THE KICKER: Kevin asked me to pay and tip him right after he applied the acrylic, before the nail polish monstrosity began. I over tipped him, of course, because of the good job he had done the time before. At the very end, I was under the light drying my nails. Kevin disappears in the back. I see cuticle oil next to me. I ask one of the female techs if I can use some, considering Kevin never offered any or put any on. She takes it out of my hand, smiles and says “no.” I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. I came back come, removed the nail polish, refiled my nails, and applied my own gel color (I own a UV lamp.) Never returning.

First time there and will go again. Took their time. Felt like I was truly getting spa treatment. The older gentleman needs to brush up on his polishing, lol but did his best! The young did a great job. My husband was pleased with the young lady! Money well spent!

If i could give 0 stars i would! This is the first time i have ever left a $0 tip. My hands have never hurt so bad after an ANC manicure! Tech barely used dremmel and i could see why she wasnt very confident. So she mostly used nail files. I left with three bleeding cuticles!! She had me soak the old ANC off in acetone for so long i hade acetone/glue stuff all over my fingers—-which she used the nail file on my SKIN to try to remove!! Also. They took my temp when i walked in..i thought hmm ok they are just covid conscious…no other customers that came in after me had their temp taken…

Kind employees and attention to detail. My pedicure was relaxed and very enjoyable.

Agreed - they do use same ones, but never a problem - if diabetic or susceptible to infection should probably bring your own.
If you have fake nails. Add coffin shape for a total of $40 ANC
