Was slammed by a wave and one ear was not right afterward. TruEAR staff quickly showed me the inside of the ear on screen to confirm no blockage or ear drum damage, just some irritation in the canal that needs to heal. Quite a relief, well worth the visit.

I am very pleased to recommend Adam Woodward's TruEar practice located at 841 S. Orlando Avenue, Winter Park, FL. I make this recommendation without reservation, as I have recently acquired my new hearing aids from here. Upon entering this practice one is greeted by a friendly and competent administrative assistant, and receptionist Emina, who handles all the office details. I was impressed by Adam Woodward (BC-HIS), who tested my hearing. He gave full and complete answers to my many questions, after he conducted a very complete hearing test to determine the severity of my condition. These are my first Hearing Aids. and naturally, I had a lot of elementary questions. I appreciated his patience giving me all the answers I wanted. Also notable is the hearing test exam room which is equipped with latest computerized technologies available to arrive at the most accurate test results. He also uses advanced technologies to adjust the hearing aids, remotely. It is an amazing experience. He knew from my comments that I was interested in getting a hearing aid that was small, and hardly noticeable. He recommended a Unitron Moxi Fit BTE. He had a pair on hand for me to try. It is a small unit. I found it very comfortable, took it home after the initial fitting for a 30 day free trial. During my trial period, I have returned three times to fine tune the HA's. I am very pleased with the HA's, They are comfortable, and I hardly know that they are in my ear. After the hearing aid purchase and the trial period Adam wants to see me, the patient, every 2-3 months to make sure that all is working as intended. It is comforting to know that there is a long term relationship here, and not just "here are your Hearing Aids, out the door and good luck". I must mention the high level of friendly customer service experience at Adam Woodward' s clinic. Starting with Adam, he is very personable, and is genuinely able and interested to provide the best hearing aid that fits the patient's needs. He knows his trade well, and does a great job fitting the patient with the right HA's. Emina has been very helpful with arranging details in connection with my visits, has taken interest in forwarding my insurance papers for processing among other matters. She is a a great asset to the practice. The entire practice is very friendly, and patient oriented. It is a pleasure to interact with both Adam and Emina. Based on my experiences, here, the competent help and diagnoses received, I am very pleased with the results. For all those reasons, I can highly recommend this practice without reservation.
