Yes, but it is often poor and slows so bad that you can't even load webpages. It sucks, used to be my go to spot but I've started working at another cafe.
Yes they are very pet friendly they share outside seating with Bear and peacock, love to see the animals, Allow them to come inside (they have a little water bowl for them) , and might even give them a treat

Not for meetings, but study and work, yes. Early morning every table had a laptop user sat at it. Even though they have several tables, there wasn't a spare one, so space is limited for serious study!
