This hotel is good for a family stay, maybe one night swim in the water park type visit, but not good for large events. I have been a part of two weddings here in the past 7 months and the service and treatment of guests is very undesirable. Staff adds large charges in excess of $2,000 to rooms for “noise violations” and does not accommodate when items are left behind. I think the hotel is very nice, but I would reconsider giving this hotel a large amount of business, such as an event (wedding, conference, etc.).

The food was delicious! The service was was insulting! At first I thought no...she is just suggesting, but the server was actually disgusted by how I ordered my prime rib! I'm sorry! Are you paying for my my prime rib? And when I ordered the Queen she told me to order the King because then I would have have left overs. Well actually...we are traveling a long distance so it would not benefit me to order the King. When we received our orders I noticed those who ordered how she preferred had nice cuts of meat. But my cut was thin and fatty...hhhmmm....So...I have many reasons to wonder why she would treat me this way. My experience was very disappointing! Unless she is paying for my meal...I can order my steak which ever way I so choose!

Quite a pricey place but you feel like you're getting your moneys worth. Nice little store they have next to check in. Has snacks, drinks and pool stuff. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was wonderful and had lots of options. Next to Target and Walmart which is also very nice. Next to lots of restaurant options. Good place to stay. The rooms were also very nice as well as was the staff.

The room layout is similar to many other hotels. However, our room was a bit wider and the bathroom was more spacious than most. There were a few little things that made it not a five star (leaky bathtub faucet which didn't make a noise, the remote didn't have a back for the batteries' area, and the lamp by the chair wasn't working). All minor things that were then reported on the little card in the room that asked guests to report housekeeping or maintenance concerns. The room was quiet. Breakfast had hot and cold items (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc). My new favorite is the cappuccino option. The staff was very nice and kept on top of the breakfast area needs. There is a spacious, pleasantly decorated lobby. The grand pantry had a variety of options.

I would call and ask front desk there might be an up change for more people
I believe 9 pm
I would call the front desk to see if they have the schedules out right now, but in the past they've had one on Deer Hunting Opener, which is November 9th this year, and on Black Friday.
Arrowhead transit. They come straight to where you are if you give them an address. Around 2.50 a ride
Honestly. I have no idea. Sorry
