This Americinn location is basically what you could expect from the chain before Wyndham bought them, at which point some locations started a downhill plunge. This one is well maintained, comfortable, and has professional staff. One star deducted for the musty room smell, as other reviewers have noted. The room itself felt a bit humid, and the AC unit never pulled that humidity out of the air. We weren’t there during a particular humid weather period either. Cool, dry days outside. Strange.

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference next door. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. Check-in and out went very smoothly. The breakfast was great - lots of options.

Good room. Tiny, Tiny Bathroom. I feel for heavier set people. The room smelt good. Breakfast was limited on options but it did the job. Pool was good. Could be busy could be packed. Avoid pool closing I learned. My kids and I went in the middle of day and it was empty for the 2hrs we stayed in it. I had a late checkout request and it was honored. Overall a pretty decent place and Id stay again. It'd be my first choice out of the other hotels in the area.

Positive: Provided slip to still honor their hot breakfast at the hotel located behind them since their breakfast area was closed due to remodel. Negative: Check in/breakfast area was under remodel during 4/29/2022 visit. Did not know until arriving and checking in at hotel. You had to walk to the hotel behind it to go get your continental hot breakfast.
