We have been using this office for almost 4 years now and that is only because my insurance forces us to. Imagine your child is sick and needs same day care and you cannot get their doctor to answer the phone for 26 min? Did you know their phone line just disconnects you after that but don’t worry, you can call back and wait AGAIN for 26 min while you have a screaming child. Usually I’d just move on but parents need to know because this is not an isolated instance. This office is notorious for not answering their phones OR RETURNING calls. Ive filed a complaint with my insurance to be done with them and instead have had to pay cash at a walk in clinic or urgent care locations for basic thinks like allergy medicine refills and sore throats. This “business” is extremely lacking in this area and should really think about making appointments automated if their staff cannot handle answering phones.

I have had my head bumps with the front office but ultimately they have always managed to ad my children to their busy schedule when they have been sick. ***Doctor Hala is the best pediatrician I ever had for my kids, she takes her time to listen and to explain. I don't think I would change doctors unless I absolutely had no choice. Thank you Dr. Hala

You can't get an appointment. They don't ever answer the phone or call back. This is so disappointing because they used to be really good.

Great Doctor! Horrible staff! Starting with their GHETTO medical assistant Maria. She gets easily overwhelmed can’t answer basic questions and talks so loud that we can hear her unprofessional conversations from inside the room. Also they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES.
