Even though we have our own Catskills cabin now, we still crave the beautiful serenity that is Foxfire’s cottage. Luckily with friends in town they booked it as overflow and we got to spend another sumptuous weekend in our favorite spot. The cozy fireplaces (two!) where we consumed bottles of our favorite red and talked the night away…the relaxed, curated design that instantly creates a zen vibe the minute you walk in the door…a well stocked kitchen to whip up quick snacks, consumed around the dining room table where competitive spirits ran high over board games….; we love this home away from home and are so glad our friends did too. It’s the kind of place you want to return to at least once a year to create life long memories; and our third year in, we can honestly say this tradition is one we cherish. If you get the chance to stay here we say RUN don’t walk!
