Some lady assumed I was shop lifting and kicked me out while I was debating whether I wanted to buy an item there. Was very rude about it as well will not be coming back to this location any time soon. It was an old white lady and I think she may have thought that i was stealing because I am a person of color, but I cannot be sure.

Fun experience with the granddaughter. But will only do it once because the accessories would require me to purchase a second mortgage because they are a bit pricey. Enjoyed the enthusiasm of the employees towards the children.

Got my little brother chase from the cartoons he likes. He was happy. Staff was awesome. I had to go back to restuffed. Becuase he coulnt handle his skates. The staff helped me and he was good to go. The bear dog. Love this place. Been collecting build a bears for a while now.

The age range 4 to 8 years old
The birthday bear tops out at $14, so if you are 14 or older you will only pay $14 for the bear. For anyone 13 or younger they just need an adult with them that is part of Build-A-Bear's rewards. They can come anytime in their birthday month and get the deal on the birthday treat bear. Hope that answers your question!
