My family and I had a terrific first time experience shopping here! We had the pleasure working with Ben. He was very nice,patient and intuitive to what we needed as well as very knowledgeable about all the different tiles they had. Through out the initial trip we were greeted by staff and asked through out our trip if we needed help with anything! 100% excellent customer service! Thank you Tile Shop for a memorable experience. We have been to several The Tile Shop locations throughout the cities and have found very uninterested sales staff which really frustrated us and turned us off. One last try was the Woodbury location...what an amazing difference. The staff was extremely engaged, helpful and gave very good advise. My only suggestion is to update the inspiration rooms as some were outdated and discontinued tiles. I would strongly suggest shopping at the Woodbury shop and bypass the others.

Good selection of tile. Prices are higher than before g box stores , but selection is much better. As DIY individual, for some reason, I had a distinctive feeling that the Tile Shop was more accustomed to dealing with customers who are working with a tile contractor. The staff seemed to be friendly, but not overly helpful to us during our visit.
