Positive: Location is in a good area. Several restaurants in a walking distance (several more with in 5-10 min drive). Botanical garden few minutes away. Included hot breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. Room was older looking but clean.

Positive: Bed and shelter was nice. Negative: Pool was closed. The person in the next room woke me with their alarm the next morning. Very bare bones.

We stayed on a Saturday night for baseball tournament. The rate went up almost 100 dollars from Friday to Saturday. We paid 300.00 for 1 night. I don't mind paying that for a good hotel but the room smelled like it was soaked in lysol. It was so strong I had to leave the room for a while. The refridgerator was a solid block of ice and needed to be defrosted so it did not cool. The breakfast had grits that was like water but the waffles that you can make were great. The dust in the dining area was at least an inch thick. The walls between rooms are so thin we could hear the conversation in the room next to us perfectfully from 130 am to 4 am when they finally went to sleep. The positives were the staff was very nice and friendly and there was a Walmart Marketplace across the street.

Loved staying at the Hampton Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well maintained and clean. My only grievance is with SnapTravel the company I booked my reservation with. Horrible company and a huge ripoff. Would not recommend them to anyone.
